You will learn so much in this class and be exposed to all of the elements of circus such as: Aerial Silks, Lyra and Trapeze as well as Juggling ,Circus Hoop & Handstands.  During these classes, our teachers will teach aerial as well as work on a ground skill. The children will be put into groups and will move around to each apparatus throughout the class. The children will be active for the duration of their lesson.

If our teachers feel you are ready to move into our Elite stream, we will move you into the appropriate level and apparatus.

  • Introducing our newly structured Circus class for our pre-schoolers in 2021 called LITTLE MONKEYS. Aerial Silk

This is a type of performance in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a fabric. Performers climb the suspended fabric without the use of safety lines and rely only on their training and skill to ensure safety.

They use the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions. All students that are new must start at beginners or level 1 to learn basic foundation skills.

There are no more than twelve students in `each class to cater for the needs of students learning, as well as safety.  These classes are one-on-one learning with the instructors.

    Aerial Hammock / Sling

Aerial Slings are exactly that – large slings of silk hanging from the ceiling that allow you to move into a diverse range of figures and shapes.

What we love in particular about the Aerial hammock/slings is its ability to enhance fluid and dance-like movements as you execute your moves in a sequence – something that sets it apart from the similar Aerial Silks apparatus.

It is a great introduction to Aerial Fitness, providing excellent support whilst you concentrate on getting your arms and legs in the right place!
